EPICORTEK collects minimal data and does not sell or share it with third parties.
What we collect
The EPICORTEK public website (epicortek.com) is a static site.
We do not set cookies, run advertising trackers, or collect analytics by default.
If you submit a contact or pilot request form, you provide information directly to us (name, email address, organization, and inquiry details). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties.
Hosting and infrastructure
This site is served as static HTML. Our hosting provider may retain server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, HTTP status code) for operational and security purposes. We do not aggregate or sell these logs.
Email sent to hello@epicortek.com is received and retained in our standard email system. We use it to respond to inquiries and do not add senders to marketing lists without explicit consent.
Protocol & pilot updates
If you sign up for protocol and pilot updates, we retain your email address for the purpose of sending those updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell subscriber lists.
Third-party services
We may use form handling services (such as Formspree) to receive form submissions. When a form is submitted, data is processed by the configured service according to its own privacy policy. We do not share this data for marketing purposes.
Jurisdiction
EPICORTEK Technologies Inc. is incorporated and operated in Québec, Canada. We are subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws, including PIPEDA and Law 25 (Loi 25).
