Small, serious, and protocol-oriented
A Canadian technology company building trust infrastructure for synthetic intelligence.
About EPICORTEK
EPICORTEK Technologies Inc. builds infrastructure for trusted synthetic intelligence: AI agents, autonomous workflows, and non-deterministic systems.
Our work focuses on the trust layer that synthetic systems require — the infrastructure that enables them to identify themselves, validate the authenticity of their requests, operate under enforceable policy, and be audited.
We are founder-led and protocol-oriented. Our primary public work is AgIS, an open protocol specification and reference implementation for agent verification and governance. We also contribute conformance framework direction through ABDS/AUSF.
EPICORTEK Technologies Inc. was founded by Rizk Ayoub, the public and professional name of Rizkallah Ayoub, his legal and research name. He created and initially architected AgIS, the Agent Identity System.
We are a small team. We do not exaggerate our stage, scale, or maturity. All public work is presented with accurate status labels.
Our focus areas
-
Identity & Verification
Turning agent identity evidence into enforceable trust decisions.
-
Policy Control
Formal enforcement of what agents may request, delegate, and access.
-
Context Governance
Defining and enforcing scope, boundaries, and workflow semantics.
-
Observability
Visibility into what agentic systems are doing and how they are behaving.
-
Audit & Evidence
Reproducible records that support review, accountability, and compliance.
Trust infrastructure stack
EPICORTEK's work maps to a layered infrastructure model. AgIS operates at the Identity & Verification layer. ABDS/AUSF — which defines the Agent User Story and transforms it into engineering-grade specifications — contributes to the Context Governance layer.
-
Identity & Verification
AgIS — Agents prove who they are and that requests are authentic.
-
Policy Control
Enforced rules governing what agents may request, delegate, or access.
-
Context Governance
ABDS/AUSF — Agent User Story definitions, behavioral specifications, and governance documentation.
-
Observability
Signal collection, entropy detection, and operational state visibility.
-
Audit & Evidence
Immutable records, deterministic test vectors, and reviewable artifacts.
How we work
Evidence-first
We do not publish claims we cannot support. Every artifact has a status label. Every status label is honest.
Protocol-oriented
Our work is designed to be open, interoperable, and reviewable. We publish specifications before implementations where possible.
Precision over scale
We solve specific, hard problems in the agentic trust domain rather than building broad platforms with undifferentiated claims.
Small and serious
We are a small team working on foundational problems. We do not inflate our size, funding stage, or market position.

How EPICORTEK engages
Pilots are available for qualified organizations with a defined test environment. EPICORTEK does not engage through general sales, feature trials, or freemium access.
Qualified pilots
Direct collaboration with teams deploying agent identity, policy control, observability, or audit in a controlled test environment. Engagement includes architecture review, integration support, and documented outcomes.
Architecture review
Structured review of an organization's agentic system architecture against the EPICORTEK trust stack: identity, policy, context governance, observability, and audit.
Protocol implementation support
Support for organizations implementing AgIS or ABDS/AUSF in their infrastructure. Includes specification interpretation, conformance guidance, and test vector validation.
Applied R&D collaboration
Research collaboration with academic institutions and government bodies working on trusted autonomous systems, AI governance, and verification infrastructure.
Government and regulated-sector evaluation
Evaluation engagements for public sector, critical infrastructure, and regulated-sector organizations assessing EPICORTEK's trust infrastructure for their operating environment.
Where EPICORTEK fits
EPICORTEK does not replace agent frameworks such as orchestration, workflow, or model tooling. It focuses on identity, policy, evidence, observability, and audit around agentic systems.
The EPICORTEK trust stack sits between agentic systems and the infrastructure, services, and data they interact with — providing the verification, governance, and audit layer that those systems require to operate in accountable and controllable ways.
